Manager's Welome

Welcome to the Plant Mechanical Engineering web site. Operation and Maintenance/Mechanical Engineering (UPE-ME) provides engineering and technical support to Plant Operations and Facilities Maintenance units, Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC), UM Hospital and occupants of University facilities.

Mechanical Engineering is a team consisting of ten engineers, two technical support personnel and a manager. Each engineer has numerous responsibilities of specific and general nature. Seven engineers have buildings assigned to them and are champions for certain technical or functional categories. Others are devoted to Facilities Condition Assessment, commissioning, design and construction activities.
Eric. V. Albert, Manager of Plant Mechanical Engineering
