The 14th Annual Energy FestThe 2009 Energy Conservation Fair Look for the 14th Annual Energy Fest at the beginning of Fall Semester 2009. This year’s festivities will be on the Central Campus Diag on Tuesday, September 15, and on North Campus on Thursday, September 17. The event is free and open to the public. Energy Fest is an annual University of Michigan event which showcases our efforts and commitment to energy conservation, energy efficiency, and alternative energy technologies, and - every year - Energy Fest gets bigger and better! Spectators will be able to learn about environmental and energy initiatives throughout the University as well as the Ann Arbor community. Among the expected 20+ participants are Planet Blue, U-M Plant Operations, Electrical Operations and Engineering, Climate Savers, the Ann Arbor Public Library and the Center for Sustainable Systems.
